Erik Dyrmann Juhler founded the JuhlerGroup in Copenhagen in 1979. Erik is the current CEO of the Group.

Over the years, one office with two employees has developed, mainly through organic growth, into an international Group of Recruitment Agencies with 100 branch offices and 500 permanent staff throughout Europe, Asia and Australia.

Each year we employ approx. 3,000 temporary staff.

Throughout our expansion, it is vitally important that we have implemented the same high quality processes that have proved to be so successful in other branch locations.

Active Selection (established in 1999)
Access Personnel (established in 1984)
Flex Force (acquisition – 1999)
